How much do you think about your mornings?
Confession. I’ve been a bit of a morning routine addict for years. But over the last couple I have been rethinking what it means to have a morning routine that isn’t focused on massive productivity on one that is designed to active a few intention parts of my life.
3 Things to Activate
I am intentional in the mornings to make sure I active 3 parts of my life. Some of them are things I am familiar with, and others are new.
Activate My Mind
• Reading
• Writing or other creative pursuits
Activate My Soul
• Daily Office
• Lectio365 app
• Journaling
Activate My Body
• Walking
• Kettle Bells
I don’t have kids, so my mornings are a bit different. If you are curious about folks who do a great job talking about kids, routines and this stage of life, here are two I enjoy.
