The Quarter

The quarter

This is where we see things begin to make changes

This is where we probably can and need to be the most strategic.

This is when we decide if things need to be big, or small. Ministry needs to fit the season.

"Prime your environment to make the next action easy.” - James Clear

So are you ready for that blue pill moment?

Quarters aren’t about planning things out every 3 months. Think of quarters as a distinct block of time that you can define through the cultural patterns and expectations in your community and ministry. This type of strategic thinking allows us to navigate the fluid nature of ministry. There are three steps to planning out your quarters.

  1. Identify and categorize your seasons

  2. Sort your goals

  3. Calendar your work.
