Appreciative Inquiry and Adaptive Change

In our final conversation about leading in strange times, I want to share the best path forward I’ve discovered. Appreciative Inquiry is a model of conversational change that creates a more positive and constructive approach to addressing the complex and often uncertain challenges that organizations and individuals face. I share the 4 D’s of AI, as well as go into some suggested questions specifically as Appreciative Inquiry relate to adaptive challenge.

The 4 D’s of appreciative inquiry are Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny. What I love about AI is how it gives a voice to each part of the conversation as well as letting both reflection and action live together.
