20 Journaling Prompts for Spiritual Development in the New Year

I’m a big fan of journaling.

A real big fan.

One of the reasons I am a fan of journaling is how it allows us to process out things in a way that gives space for honesty. And we can come back to it. We can reflect for a few days, come back to a thought, and keep it going. It allows our minds to meditate on the idea THROUGH the growth. One of the ways I have grown in my understanding of journaling over the last year is by using intentional prompts. They help guide me to the place of honesty and at times answer questions I might not want to at first. I also like coming back to the same question time and time again as I work through an idea.

If you want to experience greater spiritual growth in the new year and are not currently journaling, welcome to the biggest game-changer I can suggest.

Here are 20 Journaling Prompts to think about as we close out one year and move into the next.
